Toned Magazine
Toned Magazine is an independent online and print publication committed to celebrating and empowering Black Canadians. They believe in creating a space that amplifies the stories of Black Canadians. Toned explores the experiences of Black Canadians at the intersection of race, art and culture. They recently reached out to Matt and I to help them create their online magazine. Together, we mapped out their UX and UI that would fit with their current brand and that follows current trends in online print magazines. We then implimented this design in a sleek and modern customized Wordpress website, to make it simple for the magazine to grow and scale. I also had the pleasure of creating some graphics for Toned's Instagram as well!
